These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of products through the Elowyn’s Moon website.

By placing an order through our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

To place an order, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age, or have permission from a parent or guardian.
Provide accurate and complete information when placing your order.
Be legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

3. Products

We take every care to ensure that descriptions, images and colours shown on our website accurately represent our products.

As our products contain natural ingredients, slight variations in colour, texture and scent may occur between batches. These variations are normal and do not affect the quality or effectiveness of the product.

Product photographs are provided for illustration purposes only.

4. Orders

When you place an order you will receive an email confirming that your order has been received.

Acceptance of your order takes place when we dispatch your products.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if:

Products become unavailable.
Payment cannot be authorised.
Incorrect pricing has occurred.
Fraudulent activity is suspected.
An obvious error has been made on our website.

If payment has already been taken, any refund due will be processed promptly.

5. Prices

All prices shown are in Pounds Sterling (£).

Prices may change without notice.

Any applicable taxes will be displayed during checkout where required.

Delivery charges are calculated separately and shown before payment.

6. Payment

Payment must be made in full before goods are dispatched.

Payments are processed securely through our approved payment providers.

Elowyn’s Moon does not store your payment card details.

7. Delivery

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

We aim to dispatch orders Monday to Friday.

Orders placed before 1:00 pm (UK time) are normally dispatched on the same working day, although this cannot be guaranteed.

Orders placed after 1:00 pm, on weekends or Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

We cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by Royal Mail or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk in the goods passes to you once delivery has been completed.

8. Returns

You may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of receiving your order.

Products must be returned:

Unopened
Unused
In their original packaging
In a resaleable condition

Before returning an item, please contact us by email so that we can provide return instructions.

Unless goods are faulty or supplied incorrectly, customers are responsible for return postage costs.

Refunds will normally be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods and confirming they meet our returns policy.

9. Faulty or Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Where appropriate we may request photographs to help assess the issue.

If the product is confirmed to be faulty or incorrectly supplied, we will provide a replacement or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.

10. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your legal rights under UK consumer law.

Your statutory rights remain fully protected.

11. Using Our Products

Our skincare products are intended for external cosmetic use only.

Please:

Carry out a patch test before first use.
Avoid contact with eyes.
Keep out of reach of children.
Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

If irritation persists, seek medical advice.

12. Allergy Advice

Our products contain natural oils, butters, botanical extracts and essential oils.

Customers are responsible for checking the ingredient list before purchase.

Elowyn’s Moon cannot accept responsibility for allergic reactions where ingredients have been clearly listed.

13. Product Information

Information provided on our website is intended for general information only.

Our products are cosmetic products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition or disease.

Any skincare advice provided should not replace professional medical advice.

No material may be copied, reproduced or distributed without our prior written permission.

15. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded.

Subject to applicable law, Elowyn’s Moon shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products.

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the relevant order.
